Such great service from Interstate from the perspective of a small business/non-profit customer! They surely have customers all over, and really big industrial customers but our service provider Jeff just knows our aging and various systems so well. Always responsive and he really just cares about our facility systems like we do. Feels like he is part of the team.

This company is great. I own a small business and I'm trying to get all I can out of my existing small business HVAC system before I bite the bullet and replace the whole thing. Twice now this company has brought two different pieces of equipment back from the dead after several big name other companies have said it "can't be fixed." So instead of having to spend $15,000 unexpectedly, I've had to spend $1,500. I know I will need to replace my system eventually and I will do it with this company because of these two very good experiences that were fast, professional and not a rip off. In the meantime, I can keep my business up and running (and cool!) to save up for the new system. Shout out to technician Patrick H for great work. They are also a union shop, which I completely support, even if it's not the cheapest.
