Lucy, who actually did the braiding was very easygoing, and did an excellent job. In fact, the result was clean braids that weren't so tight that it caused days-long discomfort. I never recognize myself when I look in the mirror afterwards. Like it’s so good. I can’t wait for my hair to get longer because I want microlinks next. She’s super knowledgeable and everything is always worth it.
Always super kind and I have social anxiety so I never talk much but, I appreciate her trying to make conversation with me and make me feel comfortable. She even accommodated an extra bundle and type of hairstyle I wanted last minute which I greatly appreciate.“

“READ: This hair salon puts your hair health before looks. I walked in desperate because I had honestly jeopardized the integrity of my strands by bleaching my own hair. I suffered severe lost and needed help right away. I asked about extensions and wigs and was advised me not to pursue anything immediately because my hair was too weak. I got a toner, deep hair treatment, a cut and rollers. She advised me to treat at home with natural herbs and oils. My new goals are moisturizing and treating my hair weekly. I’ll be back to Katty and team to cut off the damaged hair quarterly.“
