I had the tip of my charger break off inside the charger port of my IPhone. I brought it in and less then 5 min they had it out. Charger works again only need a new charger cord. The staff was very friendly and just an overall nice experience!

Jamal, the Verizon Tech, was professional, courteous, and prompt. In fact, he arrived a few minutes ahead of my scheduled appointment and completed my repair (cracked screen) very quickly! Feels great to be back in business!
