I was looking for a salon that offered crochet services. I called the salon and left a message. I was called back very quickly with excellent customer service. I made an appointment for the same day and thank goodness they were able to accommodate me. Upon entering the salon, I was pleasantly greeted with smiles. I asked for a consultation before the service was performed. They were happy to do so.
I explained that my last few salon hair experiences were not good and I wanted to make sure they could style my hair as the photo I showed them. They again said yes.
