It's very hard to impress me these days but this establishment had me skipping out the door. Yes literally skipping! In my line of work I'm literally on the phone all day! How it started? Well.... my phone fell out of my pocket during my excitement of a package. Listen.... I waited a long time for that package. My ex I wore off quickly :(. Upon picking up my phone Your girl was completely devastated! I called up asurion and I was offered several options. 1. Go to Ubreakifix 2. Wait for a phone to be delivered 3. Excellent service. Made an appointment online and when I arrived, the solutions expert, Monique was very welcoming. Patiently listened to my reason for stopping by(cracked LCD phone). Took all info necessary and gave me a timeframe to be back. I received a text when my phone was fixed! Great customer service.

I was very happy with my experience. 1. The customer service was excellent. 2. The repair was quick (new display/touch screen on my cell phone). 3. The price saved me buying a new phone.
