T was great! Her customer service skills are top notch. I was very nervous, expecting the service to be painful, but T kept me engaged with conversation the entire time. She was not overbooked with people waiting for service, you have her full attention while being serviced. I was so pleased that I booked one of her packages to return for regular service.
