“SNAP installed a new roof on my home this past October. I interviewed several other local roofers and found SNAP to be the best fit for me. The owner, Stephen, was the only roofer I spoke with who spoke to me as a person, answering any questions and concerns I had before, during and after the process (involving more than aesthetics of course). I'm upset I have to say this in this day and age, but as a female he also didn't talk to me as though I'd only care about aesthetics or assume/inquire about a husband before/during discussions. People are people- gender aside and I wanted to understand the process and quality of the shingles I was paying for as much anyone with a wallet. Thank you Stephen!
