I dislike leaving a negative review because it doesn’t reflect everyone in the salon. However, my experience today was disappointing. I came in for a wash, blow dry for braids, trim, and deep conditioner, and was attended to by an older woman. The service was unsatisfactory. She blow-dried my hair bone straight, and I had to request heat protection. This forced me to pay for another wash to get my braids done. Despite the deep conditioner, my hair was flaky. The trim was done carelessly, leaving my hair uneven with some split ends still visible. While I wouldn't discourage patronizing the business, I recommend being selective about your stylist. I loved the Salon!!! The Salon is bright and colorful!! I love the customer service. I was warmly greeted by the staff and asked what services I was there for....The receptionist was very knowledgeable and made excellent suggestions about other add on the I should get. I ended up getting the steam service to elongate my silk press treatment.... I LOVED MY STYLIST ..Maria Zulema...excellent!! She did not cut off all of my hair!! SHE DID A TRIM!! She also asked my permission on how much to cut!! Loved it!! She put me at ease...I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER !!
I have been going to 809 Salon for over a year. I often go to Fina...who I love love love how she make my hair feel and look.
Today, I decided to do something new and Yoca "knock it out of the box" too. ?YES! Huge Hugs!!!
Yoca did my hair BEAUTIFULLY! Professional, detailed-oriented and knows style. I am soooooooooo happy with my hair. Thank you Yoca!
