“Our family has three small dogs that span a variety of ages (from 17 to 4!) and we travel a few times a year.With the stresses that come with traveling, the care and safety of our dogs is not one of them. The overnight care they receive via Shannon and Doug is even better than having them stay with family or friends. They are so attentive to our dogs' every and varied needs.Prior to the overnight stay, Shannon takes a lot of time to get to know the dogs needs and asks all the right questions. While we are away, we get great updates and photos — very reassuring when you are a hemisphere away! I'm especially heartened by Shannon's expertise with small dogs as this is an important factor for me when I look for caretakers for our pups. We lovingly spoil our dogs and we're so happy to have found care for them that knows to do the very same!“
