Is literally impossible to make an appointment they pick up the phone then put you on hold for 30 minutes I been trying to make an appointment for the past 2 months idk what’s going on with front desk but this is horrible

I agree with the previous reviews. Just had my final treatment at that place and I will not be returning. The laser tech said “after today I will not be servicing your Groupon any more” I said ok and I just simply left because I didn’t plan on coming back due to some previous ridiculous statements the tech made. But I definitely assumed it was because of the vaccine because they were shocked when I said I hadn’t had it yet and started asking other ques. concerning.Also as the other reviewer stated, minimal results noticed. As a black owned business you should be ashamed of yourselves with the level of unprofessionalism. I came into the office off a Groupon and was denied services because I wasn't vaccinated. Vaccination is not mandatory! If you wanted your patients to be vaccinated don't you think you should tell them before waisting there time and money prior to them coming in. The Groupon did not state that we needed to be vaccinated. If that is your preference and your just that scared then you do not need to be in the Healthcare profession.
