I love this doctor and the staff there. The front desk staff are always so pleasant. It took a bit of time to get my prescription authorized, but I never had a problem reaching the team or getting an appointment. Great service!
Would not recommend this dermatologist at all. I was on time, she was not. Her examination was not thorough, we waited for almost 10 minutes in the hallway before being allowed in the office and are still waiting for my daughters medication to be put into CVS. She did not solve my issue at all, that's a $50 co pay down the drain because I will have to find another provider.
I first went to Dr. Coates office over a year ago and the staff was pleasant and helpful. Dr. Coates was awesome .. .she listened to my concerns and then went to work . I left there happy. I am now making another appointment.
