Hired these people nearly 6 months ago to do my taxes and as of today they are still not done, and I still cannot get in contact with them. Strange because in previous years, they had no problem doing my personal taxes but all of a sudden it's like they can't be bothered to do their job anymore or even answer the phone/voicemail/texts. If I could give zero stars I would.
