The Technician, Marlon, texted when he was en route to my home and arrived within the prescribed time. He asked me what was going on with my ac unit and after I told him he immediately had an idea what the problem was and began to work and had my ac up and running in no time!
The tech, Marlon, was very professional and explained exactly what was going on in with my ac and showed he was very knowledgeable and enjoyed his job. A Ones rates are reasonable and they do a great job. They installed my unit 5 years ago and this is my first service call. I highly recommend their services.
I have been using this company for the last 2 years and they are amazing. Just this week my AC stopped working and I managed to get someone to come out quick. Marlon the technician showed up today and he was able to tell me what the problem was and fix it. I appreciate the honesty of this company and thorough explanation of what the problem is. I would recommend to anyone I know.
