Had a thoroughly positive experience with this company. The gentleman, Jairo, was considerate, professional, & in no time at all unlocked my vehicle. All that to say, i highly recommend Advantage Wrecker and Roadside Assistance!
I got a flat tire on the way from work in DC to get kid from school near Olney MD. I called my insurance for a tow (or spare tire change) and they routed me to Advantage. I was in a bit of a panic because years ago when my previous car broke down, the tow company we were sent took 3 hours! I called advantage for an ETA, and they could detect the panic in my voice that my kids would be left unattended. They had the repair vehicle to me in 30 min and my kid was safe in the office when I got there ( not too late!)They totally saved the day!
