It’s the little things that matter, like knowing your service person’s name and quick bio with picture in a text before they arrive. Their free home inspection is also an excellent feature. Given this major expense happened right after Christmas, it was a relief that their pricing was very reasonable and Sean included some additional work I needed done in his proposal. “Our AC stopped working in Selbyville. Custom Mechanical was highly recommended by a friend that lives near our house. We bought a Ryan home and just called the company that was listed under warranty for the unit. I won't mention them by name but they came and were atrocious. They wanted to charge over $1,500 plus additional labor. Custom Mechanical came and charged $519 for the entire job. I cannot say enough nice things about this company. From their dispatcher to the people that answer the phone to the people that come and do your work. Use them you will not get taken advantage of and they will be very honest. That is not easy to come by these days it seems.“

“Tech arrived within two hours of placing service call. Burners on gas furnace were not lighting. Tech cleaned burners and cycled the furnace several times. Furnace was up and running in about 1/2 hour. Satisfactory experience.
