The installation team; Mike, Dakota & Waynor did an amazing job. Although, the installed unit was not as quoted and after speaking to Joe, who did not address my problem, the new unit works great. “These guys are the best! We have a neighbor who did a lot of research and comparisons for repairs and replacement of a heat pump. He hired Engle & Co. We followed his lead and have become a loyal customer. We asked them to repair a heat pump in the heat of summer, replace that old heat pump and air handler just before the heating season and everything has been top-notch. My husband purchased and installed our own wifi thermostat sometime afterwards. Engle was called back because our A/C seemed to be faulty. They discovered the fault was ours. They fixed our wiring mistake, and all was correct after that. I recommend Engle Heating and Cooling in a big way! They are good people.“

“I have used Custom Mechanical twice, once was for an unscheduled breakdown of my A/C unit over the summer. Called them and they send a technician to my house within 2 hours. Less than an hour later, they restored A/C service to my home. Signed up for their bi-annual preventive maintenance agreement, Danielle in Customer Service was prompt, polite and courteous in setting up the plan and scheduling the technician to come out for our first maintenance visit. Technician did a very thorough job and even offered some guidance on keeping my HVAC operating efficiently. Overall very pleased with Custom Mechanical's service and highly recommend them.“
