The dreaded roof replacement in a Coastal area in the off season. The weather is always a consideration when replacing a roof. Our 24 year old roof had a leak. Considered just patching the area that was leaking. Decided to do the entire roof replacement. Very pleased with the customer service and contact from Coastal Home Roofing. All went smoothly and on schedule. Very professional and had a full crew of workers to get the job done on time. Cleanup was wonderful. Not a nail in the stone driveway or backyard.
Such a great experience, would highly recommend! We called Coastal a few weeks ago when our roof started leaking, it was 23 years old so we were fearing the worst- complete roof replacement. Randy came out to our home and took pictures and measurements. I was super happy that he gave us a quote on the spot, because I find in this area I spend so much time following up with companies after they say they will get back to you. They never call and it’s like pulling teeth. Randy sat down with me, reviewed the process, explained the photos he took so I could see exactly what condition our roof was in and went over pricing. I had met with 5 other roofing companies and by far Randy was the best. He was informative, not pushy like a salesperson. Before we had even gotten all of the quotes back from other companies, I spoke to my husband and we decided to move forward with Coastal Roofing. Randy made sure we were put on the schedule right away due to our situation. I also wanted to quickly coordinate the contractor to get our ceilings fixed prior to the holidays. He was very understanding! The gentleman showed up bright and early to start our roof on the agreed upon date. They worked quickly and got everything done in the timeframe we were told. They tried to contain the mess as much as they could, but I imagine it’s a losing battle with everything they do, so I was a little worried about nails in the yard and driveway. However, when the job was done, one of the gentleman spent a good amount of time taking the magnet through our yard and driveway and we haven’t found a single nail! The guys were super nice and friendly when I was in and out. The roof looks amazing (the neighbors think so too) and we couldn’t be happier!
