Allen from 1st Service just came out and fixed our air conditioner today. We made a service call on a Friday afternoon and within 3 hours of making our call we had cold air again. He was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He wore booties and a mask. He quickly identified and repaired our issue. He had all the tools and materials with him and he resolved our cooling issue quickly. I highly recommend 1st Service.

1st Service, 1st rate from start to finish. Geo thermal system in my house went up. They came the next day in the snow, set up space heaters to help us stay warm. Salesmen came that afternoon, wrote up a contract for my requested HEAT PUMP, installed! Friendly, neat, explain everything! Entire experience A+. Set up a 2 yr. service contract. Brandie in the office knows everything! Answers the phone! Rockstars!
