I cannot recommend Rapids flood team enough. I am beyond happy with the the remodeling results. The team was very organized and clear on the expectations needed to meet their costumers needs. Rapids flood team was quick to respond in a recent flood out we had in our basement. The customer service was amazing and employees were very kind and cautious, they helped us get through this dramatic an emotional time in our household explaining and helping us understand ever detail on how and why the process for which they were taking to restore our home to its normalI status after the flood was the best rout. I couldn't have asked for a more outstanding Company to welcome in to our home. Rapids flood team definitely got a 10/10 in my book.
I had water damage in my household due to my negligence. I spoke with the owner of the company and i was told he would have his team over within an hour. They arrived on time as i was told. They did an excellent job. I would gladly recommend this company.
