“I messaged with them on Instagram asking if I could stop in and just have someone take a look at a piercing I had. I didn't even get it at this location. I showed up and was immediately taken to the back by Kristen who took a look at my navel piercing and told me it was pierced incorrectly and was rejecting. She then took it out and cleaned up the piercing site and talked me through what it's supposed to look like. All of this took maybe 10 minutes and I didn't even make an appointment or have to pay a thing. I will definitely be coming here to get my navel re done once it heals. Thank you wicked goddess!“

Linh was very kind and patient, explained everything before doing my piercing, used sterile tools, and expertly guided me through the entire process so that I wasn’t nervous at all. Linh also gave me great advice and information after on how to properly keep it clean. I would definitely go back to 32 Old Town in the future! Thank you so much!<br><br>Requested style: I wanted my piercing to be flipped up and Linh kindly listened to my request, was not judgmental, and helped flip it up and gave instruction on how and when to flip it back down after it’s all healed.<br><br>Cleanliness: The establishment was extremely clean. Linh wore gloves the whole time and used sterile tools. I felt safe getting my piercing done here.“

“In my handful of experiences with walk-in tattoos I’ve never felt as welcome or comfortable as I did at Jinx Proof! The team there works well together and did everything they could to accommodate a busy day of walk-ins. My friend and I walked in with several ideas apiece and were met with patience and not rushed in the least. This has not been my experience in the past, and I’m so grateful that Tad was available. “I went to TK for my first tattoo and could not have asked for a better experience. He was patient and communicative through our booking and design process. He explained everything that he was doing and clearly prioritized my comfort and safety. We ended up breaking my appointment into two sessions because he noticed my skin was really sensitive and wanted to give me some time to heal before finishing the piece so that it would turn out perfect. We even FaceTimed before the next appointment to make sure I was healed enough to continue it (I wasn’t, so we pushed it back). Before my second appointment, there were some storm/weather alerts, and he messaged me beforehand to make sure I was still comfortable driving in. TK truly loves his job and cares about his clients’ happiness - he’s not just there to make a quick buck. I get tons of compliments on my tattoo and have recommended him to everyone who comments on it!“

“I’m from out of town and had to find a replacement tongue piercing (cause I ate mine by accident hush) and this was the only place close enough for me to get one. It’s a lil hard to find tbh but we walked into Michael while he was walking out and running late for something but he took the time out of his day to help me and put in a piercing for me even tho he was busy. I didn’t make an appointment or anything and I was so extremely grateful for this man!! I would def make an appointment out of respect but he is AMAZING and if I lived here I would definitely go here for anything I needed!!“

“I was worried moving to MD i’d have trouble finding a new tattoo artist. Randomly stumbled upon this shop and fell in love with the quiet atmosphere. Monica is not only a WONDERFUL artist, but she is a genuine and sweet person. She does not tax on tattoos like the horror stories i’ve heard from people who ventured out to DC to get tattoos . Prices are affordable and the work is worth every penny. Look forward to continue getting tats from here.“

“Me & my friends came in yesterday for nostril piercings. We were so lucky to have had Leo as our piercer! He was so calm and made us feel reassured when we were getting nervous. He walked us step by step through the entire process & made the experience super great. I wasn't able to catch the girl at the front desks name, but she was also extremely welcoming and answered all the questions we had. Overall, the experience was perfect. Definitely recommend checking them out!“

“Got my upper lobe piercings done here with Dennis originally. For my first appointment I found that the symmetry of the piercings between my two ears was a little off and contacted the artist to see if we could remedy the situation. They responded quickly and offered to fix the situation after some healing time.<br>Paola was both super patient in helping arrange this follow up appointment and was a fabulous piercer, making sure the second piercing lined up and that I was happy with it as well as talking me through the process. Can't recommend her enough!“
