A lot of these reviews seem to actually be of the clinical side. The doctor’s office is distinct from the medspa. Erica is amazing at what she does! It’s a long drive for me but absolutely worth it because of her great eye for beauty and incredible skill. In my opinion, that’s what matters most about a medspa - everything else is just fluff. I am picky and Erica understands my face perfectly. Her intuition for what looks good is a product of both her experience and her unique artistry. Highly recommend.

I was super happy with my AA Dermatology Surgery Center experience. They were able to squeeze me in immediately when I noticed something scary that was growing on my face. Dr. Montemarano was professional, thorough and very pleasant. Great friendly staff, both on the phone and in the office. Could not ask for more.

The doctor was 45 minutes late. She spent exactly 2 minutes with me and that was it. Parking costs $8 and I had to walk a far way in the rain since all the parking nearby was full. Dr Jamison seemed friendly enough in my very limited interaction with her but she did not seem thorough. I wouldn't go back.
