Mitch is a tremendously helpful and honest technician who will be completely straight with you. I lost my laptop to a spilled soda and he checked it out for me. He won’t charge you just to look at your problem and is forthcoming about taking further steps. He WANTS to help you with your computer issues. It’s above just a business. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have used Mitch's superb service to get used Macs for 20 years. I first got a 1997 G3 Gossamer from him which got me most of the way through graduate school, then a 1998 G3 Yosemite, 2001 G4 Quicksilver, and 2008 iMac Penryn with OSX 10.6, which he upgraded to OSX 10.11 when browsers were dropping support for 10.6. Whenever I have needed a computer upgrade during these decades, Macs on Demand is my first and only destination for warm, friendly, and excellent service.

Called about my Mac Keyboard problem. Mitch was busy helping another customer so I just told him I'll call back. But then I forgot and Mitch was kind enough to call me back and advised me on my problem over the phone. Great customer service! Will definitely bring any Mac problem to him in the future. Highly recommended!
