I am extremely disappointed with the pricing and customer service at this cleaners. I have been having my pant’s altered here for over 20 years. Today I was charged $45.00 to hem a pair of lined sacks a 1/2 inch and told by the representative don’t complain to me I don’t do alterations! I am extremely disappointed!

The people are friendly enough, but their prices have gone through the roof since the pandemic. I used to pay approximately $15 to have a pair of jeans hemmed. Now they charge $25 a pair! Talk about price gouging! I will definitely have to start doing this myself.

Do not do any alterations here. I brought them a very expensive dress and they took it in too much and then we asked them to fix it and they ruined the dress and cut the material. I wouldn’t trust them with any items that you are very attached to. It was a really disappointing experience. There are much better alterations experts in Bethesda.
