Our go-to vet. Dr. Dougherty and her staff are amazing, and made us and our dog feel right at home. We just moved back to the area and can't imagine going elsewhere for veterinary services!

I've read both the positive and the negative reports on Kenwood Animal Hospital. I've had three cats. The latter two died several years ago from old age & its subsequent illnesses. Both Jasmine & Pippin, sister & brother from the same litter, were cared for by Dr Cathleen Ciampa, the director of Kenwood Animal Hospital. I've also used Friendship Heights Animal Hospital when Jasmine was in her final medical crisis. I've always had good experiences with Kenwood. Dr Ciampa, although she's the director of Kenwood Animal Hospital, and hence has administrative responsibilities, she still continues to see patients. She is kind & has a... read full review

Review about vet care, not boarding: We've had pets for more than 30 years and we work in healthcare -- this means we have seen more than a few vets, and we're picky about medical things.
