We used Kader Construction for the renovation and addition of a second floor to our house in 2008. Jawad (Mr. Kader) bid very competitively on our project and helped us through every step of the effort, even suggesting changes to the architectural drawings (ultimately accepted) that gave us substantially more living space on our second floor. Jawad and his crew completed their work on-time (in half the time that other companies had bid) and well within our budget expectations. It was as pleasant a building experience as we could have hoped for! Jawad has even stopped by, in the years since our project, to make sure we've had no issues with the house. I highly recommend Jawad's work to anyone looking for a home construction contractor!
