I met Nick and he is extremely knowledgeable, highly motivated. I've never been in a gym with a better vibe. No matter if your goal is to simply stay fit or to train like a hardcore athlete, it has what you are looking for.

Just wanted to give a update.... I don't have all the measurements in front of me but I do know that in four weeks of training with Paul at Irons Fitness, my body fat percentage went from 21.4% to 17.6% and my weight stayed at 133#s. Again, I was working out about 6 days a week (2 of which were with Paul) and following a measured/healthy diet and protein shakes, but I am so happy! I wanted to keep going for another 4 weeks at Irons, but I have to hold off for a while financially (too many other expenses coming up this month)... but I know that I'll be able to continue my progress at home using what I've learned and hopefully come back in a few weeks to... read full review
