I have been sitting on this review for the past week and a half just trying to find the perfect words to describe the experience I had with Sima. I am originally from the D.C. area but now live in Burlington, VT and it is very difficult to find high end beauty places here. I was back home for both work and play and found exactly what I was looking for: a pampering facial that uses holistic, natural skin care products. Sima delivered on both ends. I had the hydrafacial and it was well worth the money. From the moment I stepped into the salon, I felt listened to and taken care of. Within seconds of laying down, Sima identified exactly what was wrong with my skin-- it was seriously like magic! Sima was gentle and thorough. We had great conversation too. She was genuinely interested in my skin care journey. After the facial, she took the time to look up some products online that would help my specific areas of need. I felt so relieved leaving the salon that I cried! I have been struggling with my facial skin for the past couple years since hitting my early 20's and this was the first time in a long time that I felt hopeful again... To sum it up, Sima is not just another esthethician. She is a kind and intuitive EXPERT that has a heart and passion for this field. This was honestly the best customer service experience I have ever received in my life and I will be returning to Sima for more facials and advice for as long as I am able to!
