    What I thought was a generator issue really wasn't. Hugo was very friendly and knowledgeable and set me straight. Checked out overall operation, provided practical real-world suggestions for general maintainance. Well worth their general diagnostic charge.

    We just had an amazing, positive customer experience with this company. We called on a Saturday since our carrier air-conditioner had quite functioning and, pushing "2" for emergency, immediately got a response, a visit within two hours, and the determination of the problem, which didn't require a new motor after all, which had been missed by Sears two years ago. We were delighted to discover that honest, reliable service, on a weekend no less, is still provided by some organizations. They're the best.

    My heater stopped working about a week ago when outdoor temperatures plunged into the teens overnight. I called Gary P. Frank first thing in the morning, and they sent 2 technicians (Nick and Gerardo) to my home immediately. They arrived by 8.30am. Nick fully explained to me the issue with our heating unit, and proceeded complete the part replacement and repair within 30 minutes. I appreciate their responsiveness, work quality, efficiency and willingness to explain everything to me in detail. Gary P. Frank has my highest possible recommendation.
