I heard about this local shop because the owner donates so much time and material to local organizations and shows up in the community in a very real way. So, I stopped by to get a gift for a friend. I picked out this large bamboo arrangement and the owner actually stopped me and said that that particular plant wasn't at its best so they wouldn't feel good about selling it to me. Then he gave me so other options and even gave me advice about plants I already owned! Super floored by the honesty and customer service here.
