“Setting up an estimate to have waterproof vinyl plank flooring was very easy, Jidlaf walked me through the process, provided a thorough estimate and also met me at the flooring store to set up my order. He provided recommendations and was available for any follow up questions and very responsive via text. Installation took only one day for 635 square feet (including a stairwell) and the installation crew was respectful and also asked me questions regarding certain aesthetic details on how I wanted the flooring installed. I was easily able to be refunded for excess materials and Jidlaf was available to address any follow up questions after the flooring was installed. Highly recommend!“

“DB Genesis restored the wood floors in our home to their original beauty. We talked to 3 different companies. DB Genesis was right in the middle in terms of price, but we were won over by the staff there. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and quick to respond to any of our questions about the various options they offered. Once we decided on the "look" of the floors, they got to work and the final results are impressive. They also cleaned up almost all of the dust and moved back the heavy furniture for us. We are thrilled with their work, and you will be, too.“

“I can't say enough great things about their design consultant, Nicole. She was absolutely amazing and provided top-tier customer service throughout the entire project. She was the main point of contact for me, and her attention to detail and professionalism made the process so much smoother.

The team did a solid job completing the work and even managed to pull together resources to ensure it was finished within a month, minimizing the time I had to spend out of my home. After the project was completed, they were quick to address any issues I pointed out, like a paint discrepancy that was corrected promptly. However, while they did repaint the area, the correction wasn’t perfect, as you can still tell where the adjustment was made.

The only major hiccup was a measurement error for my refrigerator space. They mismeasured by three inches, which meant the fridge I ordered couldn’t be installed as expected. I had to order a specific size fridge, which worked out in the end, but it was an avoidable inconvenience. And again Nicole swooped in and saved the day helping find the specific size fridge.

Overall, while there were a few bumps along the way, the project was completed on time, and Nicole’s incredible customer service made the experience much more manageable especially it being my first reno and I appreciate their willingness to fix issues.“

“I would highly recommend these guys. We worked with a man named Masoud and he helped us coordinate our project perfectly.

We had the hardwoods refinished on the main level of our single family home, and then matching hardwoods added to the upstairs bedrooms, plus the hardwoods on the stairs refinished to match.

We had a tight deadline before we needed to begin moving in, and these guys knocked out the whole project in like 3 days.

The floors look great, they were very responsive even after the project was done to make sure we were satisfied.

“In mid November we worked with Beaulieu Floors on the refinishing and staining of our hardwood floor and they did a great job. We love our new floor, the stain is beautiful and the work product is very high quality. Louis, the owner, came out to our home to discuss the project with us. He provided his expertise and suggestions to help us closely match the stain we were looking for. Driss came out to our home before the start of the project and showed us prospective stains. We ended up going with a 50/50 combination of two colors. Communication was outstanding throughout the project. We received frequent text messages from Louis leading up to the start of the project. It was a pleasure working with two professionals that cared so much about the success of our flooring project and customer satisfaction. “We used Fernando Principe and Royal Painting to renovate the kitchen in our condominium. They are easy to work with and perform excellent work. I was impressed on the first day of demolition by how clean Royal Painting’s two-man crew, Alfredo and Brian, left the worksite. They maintained this practice throughout the renovation. On days they created a lot of dust, not only did they sweep the area clean but they also dusted. On the final day of the renovation, they mop-waxed the new wooden floors of our kitchen. In addition to maintaining an uncluttered and clean worksite, Alfredo and Brian were competent, skilled, and polite. When they encountered an issue, Alfredo addressed the problem with me. In the beginning, we discussed solutions together. In the end, I just wanted to hear his recommendation. The kitchen reflects the quality workmanship that Alfredo and Brian put into the renovation. We will use Royal Painting again when we renovate our bathroom. I recommend them highly.“
