“I hired maids prime to do a move out clean for me. The place was in shambles after I had moved and it most definitely needed a deep clean after three years of living in the same unit. They were there early and they spent three hours completely cleaning every surface of that apartment. I wasn’t there for the clean, but when I went back to do my final walk-through I saw it and even my property manager said what an unbelievable job they did. She said that she had never seen a unit so clean at a move out inspection. I also had an arrival time of 2 to 5 PM. That was a huge gap and I had a million other things to do that day. I reached out to the email and they stayed in contact with me until the maids arrived. I think it’s took them 10 to 15 minutes to respond to me when I asked if they had a better estimate on when they would be there. I will absolutely be using them again for my new house.“

“Due to significant "flaking" of brick from our chimney, American Professional Chimney & Masonry accurately identified the problem (a few other vendors didn't) then repaired it. It required replacement of the top 1/3 of the chimney, and a few other components of the structure. The price was fair, the work was done in a timely manner, and the problem was solved. They stayed in communication with us throughout the entire process. We strongly recommend them.“

The service provided yesterday included deep cleaning two tile floors, two rugs, steaming and deep cleaning of two large couches that really needed it and a cloth chair.
