I hadn't even heard of this company when family members decided to work with them. They have now been hounding me for months with an invoice that is not mine, and ignore all my attempts to let them know who is responsible and should be contacted. Contact is nearly impossible with only one telephone number listed and no one answering the phone or calling back. My E-mails have been ignored now for a third of they year. My advice - find another company!

Working with Citrin was chaotic, to put it as kindly as possible:-I would email them 3 times in a row for updates without response over the course of multiple weeks-My case got passed off to a new lead person twice and it felt like starting from scratch each time-They missed filing my taxes in time for the digital filing date, so I had to print out and mail my taxes in paper formatAfter all this, they sent an additional, extremely expensive invoice, even though I had already been billed. When questioned, they said the bill was sent in error.And now, they keep contacting me to try to contract them again for the coming tax season, despite having told them multiple times...read full review
