Let me start off by saying I called several other roofing companies before I made my decision to go with Build Smart Roofing. They was very professional, and understanding.A safe and smart choice for all slate roof repairs. Save time and money by going with the best choice.Neighbor Across the street was heartbroken to learn she paid more for a asphalt shingles job than I paid for natural slate and copper roof with Lifetime warranty Slate materials and 10” years of workmanship I highly recommend Build smart roofing.Service: Roof installation

Build Smart Roofing comes highly recommended. I personally dealt with Juan Carlos and he was very professional and knowledgeable. Build Smart not only gets materials in a timely manor but they also complete the work in a timely manor as well. Juan Carlos kept me up to date on the process of the roof replacement and sky light install. His work comes with a warranty and his pricing was the most reasonable. Great work, great crew & great communication!! If there is any work in the future I may need done, Build Smart will be my first call!Services: Skylight installation
