I placed a same day order 10/3 for my mom to congratulate her on the first day of her new job so time was of the essence. I placed the order in the morning with hope of my mom receiving the bouquet at some point during the day. I called the shop several times trying to find out the status of my order and finally someone called me back. They said that by the time the order came through to their shop it was past the time for same day deliveries. I was distraught. Around 5PM I got a vmail from my mom OVER THE MOON at the gorgeous, huge amazing bouquet she received. She said it made her day that more special. I called her late that evening and she was soooo happy! Thank you Ariel Bethesda Florist & Gift Baskets for pulling through and doing a spectacular job despite the mix-up! My mom was beyond thrilled for her surprise.
