Dr. Lingren's service is fine, but I won't be going back to this practice. I have seen her annually for scans for possible skin cancer. She is prompt and yet gives me time to ask questions. The horrible part of this office is the staff. They are not just unwelcoming, but rude. They act like they are hungover and would rather be convalescing in bed than assisting patients. Since Dr. Lingren was booked till next year, I saw Dr. Oneill the other day for scaley patches of red on the corners of my mouth. He had no manners, he was curt and not pleasant. However, he did a diagnosis and prescribed some ointment to treat my skin.

The doctor looked at my skin for less than 5 minutes and didn't offer any explanation or reasoning as to why my skin was appearing with the issues that it was appearing. She asked me basic questions like if I had any allergies and her conclusion was it is nothing. I still have the issues on my skin weeks later. She also said she would prescribe me some medication but there was no follow up for this. There was no follow up after my appointment. Her attitude seemed lazy and careless. I would never come back to her and would not recommend.

I have been a patient of Dr. Lindgren for more than 20 years. She is and always has been wonderful. She listens and answers all questions without judgement. She knows her field and is exceptionally competent. She is super nice, totally understanding and never makes you feel bad. In fact she always makes me feel better. She will consider all suggestions a patient makes. I only wish I could have her do all my doctoring.
