we have had this co as our HOA for a few years and I must say it is one of the worst co. The manager is not responsive to emails and he keeps increasing the HoA fee every six months. Terrible customer service.

We recently moved out of our condo and Mary changed the date and time of the inspection when the carpet cleaner did not show up as scheduled and I was in trouble. She is very kind!She is very busy and I am sure there was a lack of communication on my part, but she has a very caring personality.We are back in Japan and need to have our electric and other bills paid on our behalf, which she has taken care of.Thank you very much.

This was one of the worst experiences I had ever. I was renting a property managed by Allied, and they were the worst. They don't care about their tenants at all.First, because they're closed on the weekends (really, what realtor isn't available on weekends?), we had to get our key 5 days earlier than we wanted and had to pay for those extra days. They were supposed to re-glaze the bathtub before then (their offer to do so), which they did not, and then didn't do so for 2-3 weeks after we moved in. After we paid for all the extra days we didn't want/need it. When we emailed to ask them about it, her first response was "you can still shower in it right now, though, right?"...read full review
