We recently moved out of our condo and Mary changed the date and time of the inspection when the carpet cleaner did not show up as scheduled and I was in trouble. She is very kind!She is very busy and I am sure there was a lack of communication on my part, but she has a very caring personality.We are back in Japan and need to have our electric and other bills paid on our behalf, which she has taken care of.Thank you very much.

Customer service is fine and polite. It usually takes a couple of days to get a response so I recommend calling if it is an emergency. They do not accept bank transfers of any kind. This company is still working with paper checks and what I imagine to be dial up and fax machines. Its 2020, I would like to see some upgrades current within the last decade.

I rented from Allied for a year and couldn't have been happier. They were extremely responsive to maintenance needs and communicated quickly with the owners to get things done. I would highly recommend renting from them or using them for maintenance service.
