“Seaside plumbing did an excellent job replacing our hot water heater. Their communication with their customers is outstanding from before they arrive to the entire service and afterwards. It’s the little things that matter, like knowing your service person’s name and quick bio with picture in a text before they arrive. Their free home inspection is also an excellent feature. It helps to identify things done right, things done wrong and things that need attention in the near future. Nice job all around“

“They were quick on coming out and getting the job done. Guy that did it seemed to have a little bit of an attitude when he got there. I had asked for later in the day but instead they came out between 8 and 830. Had left my phone at home that day by accident and when I was about to call them to tell them that they were already out at the house. Was trying to show them where it was but I was at work so I was trying to show them through our ring camera. So I can see why they would be a little frustrated but that’s why I asked for it to be later in the day. Did not expect them to come first thing in the morning. Other then that it went okay“
