In early August, Tony performed an honest assessment on my hvac system and did a thorough job. Early this year, another company sent a tech to my home who pretty much lied through his teeth. Although my system is fairly old, it is in good working condition. However, should things change for the worse, I will contact SILA to do the installment provided the charges are reasonable. Thank you, Tony.
Anil was amazing! Such a professional and we really felt like we had someone working with us that cared. He took the time to answer all our questions and provide us money saving tips in the future. Marcus remains an excellent technician and is the only one who I let service the unit. He is attentive, prompt, professional, and clear. He has always been customer focused since he first serviced the unit. Sila os top notch overall!
