“We've owned a home for 10 years now and I can honestly say that Orlando and HF Roofing has been one of, if not the best, companies we have ever worked with. Even before Orlando came out to provide an estimate, his communications were better than the other roofers we contacted. Then, he showed up on time for the estimate, provided it within days, and got us on the schedule quickly.

That's all before the work started, and it only got better.

The crew did our entire roof, including replacing a good amount of rotted wood, and new siding in just about a day and a half. That causes a lot of debris when you are ripping up 70 year old wood/siding, and yet I haven't found one piece of material in the yard or flower beds. Their cleanup was amazing. They also protected our flowers/shrubs/trees perfectly.

As for how the work turned out, the roof and siding exceeded our expectations. It all looks amazing.

“Best bang-for-the-buck. Trite, but absolutely true for Rob Politz. I've had the"pleasure" of installing roofs on houses myself, so I know what I want from a roofing company. After getting many bids for the job from small outfits to large companies, it became apparent that Rob Politz was the best choice. My decision was based on what Rob said his procedure would be, the fact that he was more than willing to make adjustments to the contract to suit me, and lastly, a very competitive price. One cannot base the choice on price alone, as the product may not even be worth that price. But after a lengthy and very comfortable conversation with Rob, I had no apprehension about using him for the job, as he was knowledgeable, articulate, and completely forthright. “We would highly recommend Francisco and his team at Chico Construction! The new windows we had installed in our church building by another company were peeling and were a huge eyesore on our church. Francisco and his team came out and refaced the windows on the whole building - even way up on the bell tower! And they look GREAT! They have also done several other jobs around the church for us as well and we could not be happier with the workmanship. Not only did they do a fantastic job, but they were kind and easy to deal with. They kept us in the loop at every step of the project.“

“House Doctors did a great job getting our house ready to list on the market. We had a weird laundry list of items we needed done, and they did it all!! I found their price very reasonable, and the service tech who did all our work was on-time, thorough, and tried to save us money wherever possible. They did an excellent job matching existing paint, but I wasn't prepared for the way they do that (cutting a square from the wall, taking it to get matched, and then patching and painting the wall). So just be prepared for that or ask questions beforehand. But truly the paint color matching was right on point. I would use them again for tasks around the house! Some examples of what they did for us: tightening doorhandles, caulking crown moulding and windowsills, patching picture frame holes in the wall and painting, minor electrical work, fixing closet door tracks so they opened smoothly, painting a kitchen booth, tearing down a rain guard under our deck, removing the bottom few inches of our shed and putting a white trim around it instead. They did a GREAT job!!“

“DMV did a high quality job on the roof and gutter replacement for our home. They gave us a competitive price that was lower then the other contractors from whom we received bids. They did an excellent job installing the roof, removing all trash and identifying 2 small items in our final walk through that neither my husband or I would have noticed. They fixed those items promptly. The roof looks great. My neighbors have commented how professional the workers were and how quickly they were able to complete the job in a high quality manner.
