This company is fantastic. The customer service I received during my initial conversation with Marsha was amazing. She kept me informed through every process of my service requests. Every technician that came to service my oven, fridge, HVAC, were so knowledgeable about every component of an item. Stephen and Joe, were incredibly nice and patient in answering my questions, but all the techs I encountered were just as great as well. I am so upset I spent money on other companies, when RJH does it all.

Your tech, Mark, arrived on time and promptly diagnosed the problem with our walk-refrigerator. The unit was restored to normal operation within 45 minutes (took longer to charge the system). The technician was very courteous and professional and explained the issue, now, I have gained a little knowledge, kudos to Mark.
