“It's been years and I have never done this but I see my neighbors hire exterminator after exterminator, as did I until this company. Few services do what needs to get done to eliminate pests in the home, and that's contract work. They pulled back my stove, my dishwasher, added steel mesh to the holes and other very useful corrections. I have never had an issue since. I can tell you how awful it was finding mice all time and now, never.
You really should go to them if you want a real, genuine solution.“

“Mr. Sajid is both honest and knowledgeable—a great combination.

I called about a suspected termite problem, and he identified them as flying ants instead. He inspected the exterior and found areas where separated caulking might have allowed the ants inside. He also checked other indoor areas, particularly below the windows, and found no signs of entry elsewhere.

He advised re-caulking the windows to prevent further access. Mr. Sajid didn’t push for a contract, unlike others, and suggested I call if the ants return after re-caulking, which I will.

We were already planning to re-caulk, so it was a relief that no treatment was needed at this time.

They sent out an inspector who could only confirm there was a rodent issue but the guy has nothing with him to solve the problem and said I would be scheduled for an appointment on Tuesday....today is Saturday. “We had a great experience, and we have some challenges that Orkin and Ed Francis handle like a pro. We are a contractor on a naval base and had an infestation of fleas in the office.
