Earlier this year I had the great fortune of having this Pella Mid-Atlantic branch install 18 very large double hung windows and a sliding door with mini-blinds embedded inside the glass. It was a complicated installation as I was having to address a problem siding-job performed improperly by another contractor. In short, I had two layers of Tyvek and neither was properly working due to the horrible j-channeling installation and no use of window sealing tape. Richard was fantastic! He arrived on time, explained everything that he found and what was needed to fix the problem. Within twenty minutes the broken mechanism for the shade within my window was working like new.
I am in the planning stage of window and patio door replacement. Today I met with Steve Berbes. Although Steve did not have exactly what I thought I wanted, he provided me with multiple options that were better than what I planned! Kudos to Steve for providing honest and helpful guidance.
