I've had the pleasure of calling Leena my personal trainer for about a month now. She pushes me beyond what I think my limits are. Her workouts are never boring and very challenging but not impossible if you're willing to put the work in. In just a month I've seen a huge improvement in my endurance and core and upper body strength.Leena's positive attitude and bright smile are sure to encourage you to work hard, even on your toughest day. I had a great experience with Leena and her gym space this summer. Due to COVID I was in need of a space to workout but didn't want to be in a crowded gym environment, and this gym was the perfect solution. It had everything I needed (barbell, bench, dumbbells, a few machines, etc.), and always felt extremely clean and comfortable. Leena has been very professional and kind in all of our interactions, and it is clear that she genuinely cares about the health and comfort of her clients and others who use her gym. Thank you Leena!

Leena (LLHO) is great! When I say "I can't" she reminds me that is not in our vocabulary and gets a bit more out of me each time. :) She is a motivator and wants you to reach whatever goals you have set for yourself. I also feel comfortable knowing she will not judge. I recommend LLHO for reaching your health goals.
