I've been twice. Once for a silk press and cut and again for knotless braids. Both times my experience has been fantastic.
What I love:
-My hair always looks good when I leave. It feels healthy and I get a ton of compliments. (My only feedback here is that I wish they explained a little about the products that they use because I'm nosy and I like to know).
-Great time management. If I have to wait, it isn't for hours. I really feel like my time is respected.
-Her prices are reasonable and I'm really happy with the style and service for the price.
