James began the experience with just the right amount of communication before we met. Upon arrival, he thoroughly examined the issue and determined that it was due to water damage, alleviating my worries about termites. Although he didn't secure any business from me, his honesty was greatly appreciated. Consequently, if I need assistance in the future, I would definitely reach out to James for his knowledge and integrity.
