Real down to earth service company. They are extremely helpful, fair with their prices, and quick with their repairs. Had an issue with an ice maker leak, took it to their store and they fixed it the next day. Please give them a call if you ever need help.

We called Eaton to fix a broken ice maker and freezer. They were able to come quickly and got everything working right away. I was confused by the charges on my invoice so I called Randy, the owner, and he very politely explained to me what the charges were for. I was very pleased with the service and I thought the bill was very reasonable considering the work that was done. I will definitely call them again!

I called Eaton last minute after being referred by Manitowoc corporate for servicing my company's ice machine. I had to get our ice machine fixed ASAP this week ahead of Inauguration in order to serve our clients. The gentleman who answered was polite and professional. He took his time to explain the charges for cleaning and servicing my ice machine. He told me that he could get someone out within 24 hours, however, the technician showed up the same day. He worked efficiently and pleasantly. The bill was in the range of what I had been quoted over the phone, and our ice machine is in perfect order. A detailed invoice was left by the technician, and their office also forwarded a receipt to me by email. I'm very impressed and won't hesitate to refer them to anyone in need of similar services.
