We have used Brazilian for our flooring needs on many of our RessaBuilt projects. Specifically Ricardo and Brad have been very helpful coordinating and following through to make everything goes as planned. They both are proactive and have offered excellent customer service. We look forward to our continued collaboration with Brazilian Floors!

If we could give this company more stars we would. They saved our hardwood floors, that another company had installed with the wrong species of oak and sealed improperly. After the 1st company had FOUR tries to get it right, we reached out to Ricardo and Brazilian Floors who had been referred by CG Coe and Sons, the best flooring, carpeting and Oriental Rug merchants in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area. Ricardo gave us an incredibly reasonable price, and the company gave us floors that were beautiful. An exceptional, close to perfect, experience!!All deadlines were met; the staff, who were actually happy and smiley were always on time and respectful to me/my property; the finished product is beyond beautiful; all billing and admin team clear, concise and timely; and the project manager, Ricardo Gross, is a truly seasoned, honest, and concerned business person that actually takes pride in job, his team, the company.Thank you so much!!
