This is the second time my pc has crashed and the second time I have chosen WyatTech for my tech support. Both times it turned out my crash was caused by a firmware issue. The first time unfortunately I lost all my files. The second time, Nick was able to save all of my files including several files I was currently working on and hadn't backed up. Saving me and my clients considerable time and pain. Thanks Nick. Will definitely bring all my computer problems to you.

Nick did an amazing job from start to finish. Customer service was outstanding. My computer was fixed 2 weeks earlier than I had anticipated. He even checked in with me the next day to make sure everything was working well. I will recommend them again and again.

Excellent Service. I only went in for a general diagnostics. Before I left I had a list of all the issues my PC was having, possible new and used solutions along with quotes to get the work done. Nick was very knowledgeable and you could tell he has a passion for his work.
