Terrible hospital, I’m writing this while I am waiting in the lobby. My 8 year old brother has a broken arm and all they have done so far is given him a paper cast to rest his arm. It has been 6 hours since then. They told us the maximum wait time is gonna be 6 hours but still haven’t gotten called. The doctors take their sweet time and care about your money and make sure they get paid by insurance. We can hear them talking to each other about this matter. People need to come together and file a lawsuit against this hospital. It’s is unsanitary, unhelpful and slow.
Wish I could give this place 0 stars, this is the worst ER. Daughter was in a car accident and sat in the waiting room for over 7hours with glass lodged in her arm. They wrapped it in kerlex and left her in the waiting room. This place is a disgrace.
SERIOUSLY THIS HOSPITAL IS THE MOST DISFUNCTIONAL AND NON PROFICIENT PLACE ANYONE COULD EVER IMAGINE. THE EMERGENCY CARE FACULTY IS SO INCREDIBLY HORRIBLE. MY DAUGHTER WITH A HIGH RISK PREGNANCY WENT TO THIS HOSPITAL FOR CARE, DUE COMPLICATIONS AND SEVERE ISSUES WITH BREATHING. 9 HOURS LATER IN A WAITING ROOM, SHE HASNT BEEN SEEN YET. THESE PEOPLE ARE SO SINCERELY HORRIBLE. DON'T TRUST THEM IF YOY HAVE A SERIOUS PROBLEM. THEY DONT CARE AND WILL HAVE LUNCH DINNER AND BREAKS AND SOCIALIZING AND IF YOUR STILL ALIVE THEY MAY NOTICE YOU. I MADE CALLS TO THE HOSPITAL ADMINISTRATOR WHO BY THE WAY ISNT AVAILABLE EITHER.
