Quality and appearance of the flooring exceeded our high expectations, and we could not be more pleased with the total experience. Installers were very efficient and paid much attention to special details. Great care was given to moving and protecting our furnishings. They thoroughly cleaned and replaced items. Nicole was very helpful in understanding our needs and finding just the right product.

Top Notch Flooring in Bel Air truly lives up to its name. HIGHLY recommend. The true mark of a company is one that stands behind their work, and TNF certainly shines through. They sent their best installer to address a nagging ''ramping" issue with my luxury vinyl flooring. Not just once, but 3 times now and at no additional cost. [I'm feeling optimistic that this latest attempt finally resolved it!]. I am SO thankful that I chose such a reputable company. This could have been a real stressful situation otherwise. Top Notch Flooring was a pleasure to deal with from sales to the finished product. The owner Joey Zengel and his son were informative and very helpful in selecting the type of flooring to meet our needs. Shawn was extremely thorough when estimating the square footage of flooring and offered some useful information since he had been an installer previously for Top Notch. Ross in the warehouse was very organized advising us of the arrival of our flooring and being prepared to schedule the installation in a timely manner.
